FOR THE EMPLOYERHow does it work?
The first step is to communicate the availability of the service to employees. To this end we provide a specific webpage that explains the service and allows interested staff to book their initial consultation (this is the link staff at Jaguar Landrover use for example https://dm-legal.co.uk/free-will-service-jlr/ ). Additionally, our staff can attend employee forums or wellbeing events.
Once communicated Interested staff can simply book an appointment with our specialist advisors to explain their instructions and wishes, this is all completed over a series of video / telephone calls.

VIDEO OR PHONE
Financial wellbeing consultations with individual staff members can be conducted remotely by phone or video call. We have appointments available Monday to Friday 9am - 7:30pm.
SEMINARS AND EVENTS
Our wellbeing team are available to provide seminars and wellbeing presentations remotely (face-to-face events are currently on hold due to Covid 19).
PRE-RETIREMENT
For staff members coming up to retirement we provide an estate planning focused pre-retirement program with free will writing and discounted trust and tax advice.
FOR THE EMPLOYEEThe Will Writing Service
Each employee will receive an initial 30-minute telephone consultation from a specialist Will Writer to gather the information necessary to produce a draft Will.
Subsequently, they will receive a 60-minute video call or telephone conversation to check the draft documents and a further 30-minute appointment to review any final amendments if required.
Appointments are flexible and available up to 9.00pm in the evening, Monday to Thursday. The whole process is usually completed within 28 days.

EVENING APPOINTMENTS
Our advisors are available between 8:30am and 9:00pm Monday to Thursday, 11:00am and 4:00pm Fridays.
