Our 'financial health check' is a free service available to organisations to offer staff as an employee benefit. We can provide employees with a free, detailed financial 'health check' that covers mortgages, protection, tax and estate planning. There is no obligation for individuals to take any advice provided and there's no cost to your organisation to introduce this service.

FOR THE EMPLOYERHow does it work?

The first step is to communicate the availability of the service to employees (we provide a specific webpage that explains the service and allows interested staff to book their initial consultation).

During their initial consultation we review various areas that relate to the individual staff member, this includes mortgages, insurances, wills, pensions, trusts and other estate planning. A follow up appointment is scheduled where we provide a detailed recommendation around any problem areas. The employees can accept or decline any advice given.

All those who complete the financial health check are offered our will writing service without charge as part of the process.

Financial wellbeing consultations with individual staff members can be conducted remotely by phone or video call. We have appointments available Monday to Friday 9am - 7:30pm.

SEMINARS AND EVENTS

Our wellbeing team are available to provide seminars and wellbeing presentations remotely (face-to-face events are currently on hold due to Covid 19).

PRE-RETIREMENT

For staff members coming up to retirement we provide an estate planning focused pre-retirement program with free will writing and discounted trust and tax advice.

Whether looking to deal with a specific need or simply have the peace of mind that your finances are in good shape the financial health check will do the job. The free financial health check service is a holistic review with one of our highly trained team.

We complete a detailed fact find before discussing various needs, goals and concerns. Where possible we will try and save or make the employee money, we also work to ensure ensure the most important things in life are adequately protected. Where more specialist help is required, we can refer the staff member to other specialist team members.

All those who participate have access to discounted legal and financial services, including an entirely free of charge will writing service.

3 EASY STEPS

STEP 1

Initial Consultation

The first step is to find out more about your current and long term financial needs. This initial meeting takes 30-60 minutes and can be completed by telephone or video-call.

STEP 2

Advice and Recommendation

After researching the market, we are now in a position to present any advice or recommendations. Regardless of whether the advice provided is accepted, there is no fee or cost for the review.

STEP 3

Complimentary Will Writing

As part of each wellbeing review, we offer a legally binding Last Will & Testament. This is provided by our partners at mylastwill.co.uk and includes two ‘Mirror Wills’ worth £130, for those with more complex situations a fully advised service is also available.
