After leaving school in 2019, Lucy joined us as a Financial Administration Apprentice and quickly developed her skills, becoming qualified in CF1 (UK Financial services, Regulations and Ethics), CF6 (Mortgage Advice) and PL3 (Home Insurance). Lucy is also a strong believer in the importance of education and is currently working towards RO5 (Financial protection) to ensure she is up to date with the industry. Lucy’s ultimate goal is to become a fully qualified mortgage advisor alongside the protection.

Lucy specialises in Home Insurance and understands the importance of protecting your home and belongings; she takes time to explain the different coverage options available to her clients. Lucy also specialises in protection advise discussing the various types of insurance products available and can help her clients choose the right coverage options for their needs. Lucy is passionate about helping people make the best financial decision for their future and she is committed to providing her clients with the highest level of service and advice.

Lucy is a family and friend orientated person; she loves going on day trips and holidays with the people who mean the most to her.  Lucy also enjoys listening to music, going to concerts and has a season ticket for her local football team Wolverhampton Wanderers!
