After studying Law at Staffordshire University and a career in customer services, Ursula joined Dunham McCarthy. She has studied the STEP diploma for the last few years, and is well on the way to becoming a qualified Trusts and Estates Practitioner.

Ursula is an expert in Trusts and Estate Administration, so she spends her days training staff and answering complicated queries. Her interest particularly lies with Inheritance Tax; something that requires much attention to detail and many cups of tea!

As well as drinking the many cups of tea Mark makes for her, Ursula enjoys spending time with her family. She has two children so spare time is at a minimum, but when she can, she loves to express her creative side by up-cycling furniture.
