Zoe studied at Coventry University until 2017, completing a degree in Criminology where she learnt psychological characteristics of offenders. Specific modules included Victimology, punishment and control and forensic mental health. She is currently training for her Basic Will Writing tests and hopes to progress further within her role.

Zoe is a keen administrator and likes to be involved in all areas of administration. She works alongside Evie and Jess to log insurance cases to make sure all of our clients are fully protected with their insurance needs. She is also always on the other end of the phone answering calls and responding to our email inbox.

In her spare time, Zoe enjoys walking, travelling and shopping with a love of pre-loved fashion and selling. She also is into crime documentaries and true real-life documentaries and you would normally find her in front of the laptop with Netflix switched on. She also loves spending time with her friends and family. Helping charities is a big passion of Zoe’s with her most recent expedition being a 25 mile walk from Market Drayton to Congleton in aid of University of Hospitals of North Midlands.
