Ros joined the team in January 2023 and brings over 30 years experience in sales leadership. Her role is varied, and no day is ever the same, but her main duties include recruitment and training, business development, process engineering and compliance. She also still finds time to see clients, and takes great pleasure in helping them achieve their dream of home ownership.
Education and Biography
TRAINING
Ros gained a BA Joint Honours degree in French and Economics at University of Wales Aberystwyth. Her Financial Services Industry qualifications are many and various, and she also holds the Leadership in Management certificate.
SPECIALISMS
Rosalyn specializes in Coaching and People Development, guiding team members for effective collaboration and communication. She identifies strengths, fosters continuous learning, and develops leadership, addressing challenges with adaptability. Rosalyn creates an engaging environment, ensuring project success through a skilled, cohesive, and high-performing team.
HOBBIES
Passionate about sport, in particular horse racing, football, cricket and tennis, Ros is a lifelong fan of Southampton FC, Vice President of Berkswell Cricket Club, and plays tennis to club standard. She also has a (very) small interest in a racehorse called Zachary, currently in training with Charlie Johnson. She is mum to a rescue cocker spaniel called Fred, and enjoys long walks in the Warwickshire countryside with him, no matter the weather!
