Mark completed a dual honours degree in Law and History at Staffordshire University. Before joining the team at Dunham McCarthy, he worked for a large infrastructure support services company where he managed the logistics of many of their staff. He is a full member of the Institute of Professional Will Writers, and a member of STEP.

Mark specialises in Lasting Powers of Attorney. He is tasked with ensuring that they are all correct before being sent to the Office of The Public Guardian for registration. This can be a mammoth task, but one that he completes with great efficiency.

Mark is an avid musician, and has been growing his guitar collection over the years. He is also the man you want on your team at any pub quiz; his ability to retain information is an asset both in and outside of work.
